Sinigang for My Pig Appetite



Today, we had “Sinigang na Baboy for lunch.”

Ingredients:
Pork, tomatoes, kangkong, radish, salt, sampalok mix

I love Sinigang! I love Sinigang so much that I can eat it every day. He he he! I got addicted to sinigang when my brother, Eric, cooked this for me when my parents were away. I think he didn’t know what else to cook so he cooked sinigang every other day. He’d put lots of kangkong in his sinigang and he’d make it very very “maasim.” I love sipping its soup and pouring a lot of it on my rice.

Tonight, I’ll have round two with our sinigang. Cheers!
