Fresh pineapples from Tagaytay!

Today, for our daily dose of fiber, we have the sweetest pineapples of Tagaytay!

We also have pineapples from Calauan, Laguna which are equally sweet!

When it's not pineapple's season, we buy the canned pineapple fruit, instead. We love Del Monte's canned pineapple. It is said to have the ability to help our body fight or prevent the "Big C."
