Fried Tilapia

 
Fried Tilapia for lunch.
Fried Tilapia is best eaten with fresh tomatoes (just like the salted egg) and added with a mixture of calamansi plus soy sauce.
Tilapia is my favorite fish because it doesn't have a lot of bones in it. You won't have to worry if your child wants to eat it on his own. He can easily take the bones off, just like my 5 year old nephew, Ren. He loves tilapia too! Funny, he'd even trade it with Lechon.

While cooking the Tiplapia, just make sure the oil is already very hot before putting the fish in it or else, the fish will surely lose it's lovely form and parts of it will most probabaly stick to the pan. This happened to our high school group in Canossa when we had our Home Economics class. He he he!
